This MCoupe is quite special.
According to enthusiast MCoupe followers, BMW exported 12 pre-production MCoupe's, with the newer S54 engine, to Germany, as "test mules".
According to BMW the original in-service date was Sept. 9, 2000.
A BMW service record, provided with the car, shows evidence that it was serviced in Feb 14, 2002, with 6300 km, in Munchen Germany.
A second service record shows that it was serviced on May 10, 2002, in NJ, which happens to be US headquarter for BMW NA.
This MCoupe also comes with, very rare, headlight washers, which, I believe, would have been a requirement for Europe.
From NJ, it made its way to Pacific BMW, in Glendale, California.
The car was purchased in December of 2002 from Pacific BMW in Glendale, CA.
Records show that this car was never titled in this country, until sold in CA.
Please note that I am assisting my father with the sale of this MCoupe.
Please feel free to call me.
I am not interested in speaking to any dealers or service providers.
