Seller Description

S54 engine, steel grey. I bought this car maybe four years ago. It had a few mechanical issues, but mostly cosmetic ones: A "parking lot accident" (no airbag deployment) had left a few small scratches and a small ding in the hood. Pictures show this and paint imperfections. I wanted to try tracking about a year after getting the Coupe, so i spent an awful lot of money setting up this car to be a great track weapon. Sadly, my interest has waned, my wife hates the car and I am, as they say, getting too old for this s@#t. It just turned 100K miles and I think I have tracked it maybe three times, total, in the last year. A lot of those miles are highway: I live in Austin but drive to Taos, NM frequently.
The motor is very strong and reliable. Mechanically, overall, I think you'd have a hard time finding a better Coupe. That may be a matter of opinion, but the few people I have let drive it have agreed: This is a fast, awesome car. I have all of the original parts, including seats. If you want these, we could negotiate further. I do not have the original wheels.
The Coupe just passed the inspection and has a new sticker.
Issues: Fuel gauge is inaccurate, fan does not always work on 1,2 and 3, but always on 4. Right window switch fell through console, so it is glued into place. It works, but it's not elegant.
Partial list of work performed since i have had the car - oil changes and routine maintenance not listed but were done - religiously:

2011: Vanos service, air mass meter.
2012: power steering reservoir and hoses replaced
Alternator, battery, belts
Fuel cap
UUC Kevlar clutch, throw out bearing, clutch line
Coils and plugs
UUC short shift kit
OMP Champ seats
2013: Quaife Torsen 3:64 differential
Gaz Gold coilovers all round, corner balance, align.
Subframe bushings, trailing arm bushings, AKG trans mounts
BMW rod bearing kit installation
Diff oil change, race headers, CSL air box and tune
Mishimoto radiator, new water pump, low temp thermostat, electric fans
97k miles valves and Vanos checked.
Stromung exhaust.
New fuel pump and filter
New harmonic balancer (preventative, there was not an issue)
2014: clutch master and slave replaced, radiator flush, Motul coolant
New headliner
2015: all new cam sensors, new battery.
Rally Road Corvette Z06 front Big Brake Conversion (amazing!)

Lots of awesome upgrades since we last saw this coupe. some of my favorites: CSL air box, Rally Road BBK, Stromung exhaust, 3.64 Quaife differential, GAZ coilovers and of course the rod bearing replacement. I of course love the color as well. If you appreciate the modifications, the price is probably fair.
