The car was imported into Canada by BMW Calgary, Alberta in June 2007 at which time the current owner purchased the vehicle. The car was stored inside until September 2023 when it was taken to BMW Calgary, Alberta, CA for a complete and thorough inspection. Inspection included an oil change, all fluids changed, and new high-performance tires installed. The vehicle was subsequently driven from Calgary to Regina, Saskatchewan, CA.
