Hi all,
Unfortunately, I have to sell my childhood dream car. I used to see this car parked side by side with a Porsche Carrera GT but my eyes always towards the clownshoe. I will be relocating to a different country, and will only be taking my E30. There is also a 2009 Audi A6 3.0T and a 2013 Mercedes E350 with warranty until 2020 for sale.
First, some specs:
Always maintained by Castro Motorsports.
He is the best in the industry and undoubtedly has the best knowledge about these cars.
S52 240hp engine. (The cheaper engine to maintain. Not the S54 with vanos problems.
Runs excellent not a single problem, always maintained properly by two previous owners.
All fluids changed in a prompt manner.
Brand new Michelin PSS
Coilover kit currently installed if you prefer your ride sporty.
(Stock shocks and springs will be included)
Transmission is in excellent condition.
5 speed manual
0-60 in 5.1s
Estoril Blue Exterior and Interior
All original paint and interior.
Not a crack in the Nappa Leather, recently leatheriqued
Exterior maintained by Eden Auto Groom.
$700 glass coating (advanced sealant) that will last another two years applied not long ago.
There were only 118 cars produced in this exact spec in 1999.
This is bound to be a future classic.
I really wanted to keep this car forever, but I have to relocate due to family issues, I hope the car goes to someone that really appreciates the car.
This car is honestly more fun than my E46 M3 that I used to have. It's just such a nimble car.
I encourage you to check out M Coupe buyers guide. Not a single flaw in the interior, there is a slight scratch on the rear bumper
Yes, this car is based on the Z3 roadster, but it was conceived by engineers convincing the business team. BMW originally had no plans for a coupe but the engineers convinced the business team to create a coupe that is 2.7 times more rigid (The most rigid chassis that BMW produced at the time) than the roadster and throw an E36M engine in it. And for those of you trying to decide between the S52 or S54, I simply believe that the S52 is more fitting for this light nimble car.
Thanks for reading and please let me know if you have any questions. Price is negotiable within reason. And you are welcome to come see the car
