I've had the car for almost 3 years now, its been fun, but time to move on to the next one. I wanted to post in the forums first before going outside because I would prefer this car to go to an enthusiast whole will appreciate the rarity of this car and the work I've put into it. Rescued from the previous owner who wasn't able to give it the care it needed, I took it under my wing and began to slowly update the maintenance on this car. It has been garage kept for all of my ownership coming from California. I lived in Oregon and stayed mostly indoors unless it was sunny out. Now that I've transferred to South Florida the occasional tropical squall may have shed a tear or two of rain on it but who cares, its a car that's meant to be driven not garage queen'd forever. Total mileage is 120,000. I get it, its on the higher side, but this car is in great shape for its age. In my photos I have a screen shot of my maintenance log that goes over everything that the previous owner and I have done. I had big intentions of getting the wheels stripped and refinished but never got around to it so they're not the greatest but everyone seems to be changing the wheels on these cars anyway so I'll leave that up to the next owner. I had the diff area inspected for sub frame issues and only found a quarter inch crack on the differential support ear. It was then drilled and welded and no issues, no pops or creaks since then so that is good. The left rear tail light has a small crack from when some yahoo backed into the previous owner and the passenger seat has a small scuff on the bottom cushion. For absolute perfection, the front bumper could use a respray, but again its an older car..it's going to have its battle scars. Here is a quick exhaust clip, some of you may have already seen it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SdP27-zGsSo and yes I fit my entire full size suitcase in the trunk.
I told myself to never sell, but there's too many other cars out there I want to own so I am moving on. Its Coupe Cartel priced at $24,979. All reasonable and fair offers will be entertained. I am in the Coast Guard and I have a weird work schedule so the best way to reach me is through PM. If I don't respond right away its probably because I don't have cell service so bare with me. If you are a long distance buyer I can send you videos, extra pictures, skype dates, whatever you would like to see and I am more than willing to drive to meet a truck shipping agency after sale. If you're a local guy in Miami, stop on by and we'll go for a test drive. Just give me a heads up the day before so I can take my car out of "storage status" on my insurance. If you would like a PPI, Active Autowerkes is a 20 minute drive away, but it will be at your expense. I have the PPI from the previous owner. Thanks for looking.
