Sold 3/13/11 - Another one that appears to have been purchased outside of Ebay.
3/9/11 Update - Relisted on Ebay with the buy-it-now now set at $15,800 which I think is a good deal.
3/7/11 Update - Ebay auction ended with a high bid of $14,900 which did not meet the reserve.
2/28/11 Update - Now listed on Ebay with a buy-it-now of $16,800, down from $17,995. I think it's now a pretty good deal. It also appears to be a different dealership and have a few new photos.
2/17/11 Update - Price reduced to $17,995 from $19,900
2/10/11 Update - This coupe has been seen in person and here are his thoughts:
I went to check out the Cosmos Back 99 in Miami. The car is not too bad but it is not without issues. I am not a mechanic or professional collector, just someone who has been lucky to own many fun cars. Ive had some nice ones and Ive made some mistakes too. Heres my take.
The good- Motor seemed strong, no strange sounds. Tranny shifted good, shifter nice and tight. No rattles. Seats looked good. A/C blows cold and blower works properly in all settings. Front tires in good shape. They are willing to allow a PPI.
The bad- All 4 rotors look like they need to be replaced as they are groved and pretty worn. The drivers seat rocks back and forth-something that is an easy fix. Drivers Some paint touch ups that could have been done better. The rear Toyo’s will need replacing soon. There is a moderately loud rumbling noise-probably rear wheel bearings or tires. The clutch feels strange-all the action is at the bottom 2″. The head lights are dull but they would probably polish up nicely. The volume know on the radio seemed to work strangely- not really sure if its supposed to be this way but it takes lots of turns before it changes volume. The drivers side window is scrathed up. The front bumper had extra holes from plates.
The Better Business Bureau gave the dealer a C- rating today, last night it was rated as a D-.

Because of the price I was really expecting a cleaner car. I dont think the car is too far gone but who ever buys it should probably have a reserve for repairs.
I guess the good news is that most of the expensive stuff seems to work well. It will definitely require some TLC by the new owner though, and the BBB rating of the dealership is a little sketchy.
2/9/11 Update - Founds some more photos including interior photos posted on the dealer's website. The interior looks to be in good condition. It is indeed the stock 5-speed transmission.
This looks to be a very clean coupe from the outside. No photos of the dark gray interior are provided. The listing says 6-speed manual, but it is obviously a 5-speed. The price is slightly on the high side for the mileage, but if the interior looks as good as the exterior it's probably fair.
