12/5/12 Update - Asim test drove this coupe previously. Here are his thoughts:

The body needs the front bumper, hood, trunk and rear bumper repainted. Front bumper is cracked, rear has a sizeable scratch, trunk has rust around the lock and one of the mirror bases is flaking.   Some door dings as well.

Cooling system or shocks have not been replaced, and the car would only warm up to the 1/4th mark when driving. Seats rock, but interior is solid otherwise. New lit 5 speed knob and trunk M mat. The most disconcerting thing was that at the clutch engagement point, there was a very audible whine which didn't affect driving, but should be addressed right away in my opinion.

Tires and wheels were fairly good, although one of the roadstars had some rash. Trunk welds were good from both the top and bottom, nothing of concern there. Clearly a midwest car, the engine bay was filthy- but untouched and I couldn't see any leaks other than the usual wet power steering hose.

This coupe was recently for sale privately for $13,500. I thought it was going to be spoken for, but I guess they traded it instead. The Carfax shows it has always been in Illinois. The price is optimistic for the mileage and color combo.
